Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping

  • All orders will be shipped out of the next business day.
  • In most cases, if an order is placed prior to noon (eastern time) the product will be shipped out the same business day.
  • Stamps Door Parts is dedicated to shipping out all orders in a timely manner. If for some reason a product is backordered the customer will be notified as soon as possible and advised as to the expected shipping date.

Return Policy

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase. However, any downloaded product purchases are final and can not be returned.
  • Unless a product has a manufacturing defect, it must be returned unopened, and in its original packaging. Circuits boards may only be returned with factory seal. All original paperwork shipped with the product is to be included with the returned product.
  • If a product is being returned due to a manfacturing defect, Stamps Door Parts will replace it or exchange it with a similar product.
  • If a customer requests a refund for a defective product instead of accepting a replacement item or if the product is being returned for a reason other than being defective, the refund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No shipping charges will be refunded. 
  • If a product is defective and no replacement part is available, the customer will receive a full refund for the entire purchase amount.
  • If a customer wishes to exchange a product with a different model, the request must be submitted to our Help Desk within 30 days of the orginal purchase date. The customer will be charged the difference in price between the two products (if any) and any asscociated shipping charges.
  • All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original sales receipt.
